Terms of use
The conditions for using ClipRework.
The service
ClipRework removes on-screen text, translates, dubs and subtitles the videos you upload or link. You sign in with your Google account.
Credits and top-ups
- The service is paid in credits. Uploading, creating and editing the script cost 0 credits. Credits are charged only when you click Render; the cost is shown on the button first.
- Top up by bank transfer with a QR code, processed by SePay. Credits are added automatically when the transfer note matches.
- No subscription and no recurring charges.
- Prices and packs may change. Changes apply to new transactions only.
Credit expiry
Your balance lasts 1 month from your latest top-up; each top-up extends the whole balance. When it expires, the credits are locked. Top up any pack within 3 months after that to get them all back; after 3 months they are gone. Expiry only starts with your first top-up.
Free trial
New accounts get a free trial, once per person, within the limits of the trial. The system may withhold the trial when one person appears to create several accounts.
Failures and refunds
If a render fails, the credits are refunded in full automatically, with a Retry button. For other system faults, send the video ID via Feedback & bug report.
Your content
You are responsible for the videos you upload and the results: you must have the right to use them, and the content must not break the law.
Limits and storage
- Each video can be up to 6 minutes, with a file size limit.
- Each account has a daily cap on new videos.
- Source videos and results in our storage are deleted automatically after 30 days. Download your results to keep them.
Account suspension
Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended.
